You could be a very busy person. But does that mean you don’t even have a moment to reflect and to set aside for yourself.
You need to take this time. You need to reflect and take time for creativity. You need time to breathe and create so that you can fully engage your soul and spirit.
You don’t know what wonderful things will happen to you. You never know what will come your way when you are engaged in these creative and spiritual pursuits.
Creativity is a necessary to you as breathing. You were not created as a robot. You are flesh and blood and nerve endings and sensitivity. Don’t cut out parts of yourself that don’t feel right in this world.
Allow the world to expand to meet the creative soul that you are. Allow the world to remake itself so that it can appreciate you.
What can you create today? Take some mind space for yourself today. Take some time to consider how you can do this.
If you make this creative space time a regular practice for you, it will bring you nourishment, and peace and joy.
